We’re proud to welcome Dr. Paige Van Wirt as the new Medical Director of Complete Care at Brakeley Park !

With more than 25 years of experience in internal medicine, including 15 years dedicated to skilled nursing and post-acute care, Dr. Van Wirt brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to our residents.

A graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine, Dr. Van Wirt has served as a hospitalist and physician leader and is a founding partner of Rosenfield Van Wirt PC, providing physician services to skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout the Lehigh Valley. Certified in internal medicine and as a Certified Medical Director through Pennsylvania Long Term Care, she is committed to clinical excellence, resident safety, and compassionate, person-centered care.

We’re thrilled to have Dr. Van Wirt join our team and look forward to together! If you would like a chance to chat with her in person, we invite you to join us on Thursday, August 27th from 8:00am to 9:30am—there will be coffee and pastries!

Yesterday, we transformed our dining room into a tropical oasis for a fun-filled luau! With delicious fresh fruit treats, beachy tunes, and grass skirts, we enjoyed plenty of laughter, connection, and good times together. It was a wonderful way to relax, celebrate, and make memories with one another!
