Warren County STAR Support Team for Addiction Recovery Support Team for Addiction Recovery provides 12 months of case management and peer recovery support

Support Team for Addiction Recovery (STAR) services was designed to serve individuals in Warren County who have a history of Op**te use. STAR is a voluntary service that works with individuals to stabilize their recovery within their communities. Comprehensive Case Management services are offered to ensure that concrete needs are met in various domains, including housing, finances, vocational and

educational. Peer Recovery Specialist support is provided to work with individuals to help strengthen their capacity to engage in meaningful recovery.
