Yesterday, we had the pleasure of recognizing our incredible employees and celebrating their years of service at Phillips County Retirement Center & Prairie Wind Villa!
From those celebrating their 1st year to employees who have dedicated 35+ years, we are incredibly grateful for the commitment, hard work, and care each of you brings to our residents and our facility.
Every year of service represents countless moments of compassion, teamwork, laughter, and dedication. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful group of people on our team.

👏 Congratulations to all of our anniversary honorees, and thank you for all you do! Here’s to many more years together!

I don’t know if these girls realize just how much a small gesture like what they did Saturday for the residents at PCRC and PWV meant. ❤️ Many of the residents have mentioned their notes and little sayings and how much they loved them. They’ve talked about how special it made them feel and how loved they felt. 🥹

It may have seemed like such a small thing, but it truly made a big impact. And parents, we just want you to know—you’re doing something right.

The kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness they showed says so much about the girls they are becoming and the values they’re being taught at home. 🥰 The residents at PCRC and PWV thank you for making them feel special!!!

A big thank you to the girls at Triple C Lemonade Stand for making a special stop at Phillips County Retirement Center this Tuesday! 🍋💛
The girls whipped up more than 40 fresh lemonades in no time, and our residents absolutely loved every sip. They were such a hit that many were asking for more! Thank you to all who made this summer event possible 🙌
