In yoga tradition, the morning often commences with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). This foundational sequence helps to move prana (life force energy) through the body, cultivating tapas (internal heat) 🔥

Setting intention through practice can be a purifying experience, guiding us to align with our inner self and bringing a renewed sense of purpose and clarity to the day ahead.

Join me for a free virtual practice where we'll engage in intentional movement and breathwork (pranayama), cleansing the energetic channels 🦄
