If your jawline’s changing, buying more volume isn’t automatically the assignment.

Neither are threads.

Your face ages in layers. Fat compartments shift and lose volume. Support changes. Skin gets looser. The thing bothering you in the mirror can be the end result of changes happening somewhere else on the face. (PubMed Central (PMC))

That’s why I’m much more interested in why your lower face changed than which treatment you saw first on Instagram.

Sometimes the plan is threads.

Sometimes another treatment makes more sense.

Sometimes your face has assembled a committee and we need more than one strategy.

Either way, we figure out the anatomy first.

Being a woman is already enough of a group project.

Then your body starts changing the assignment without telling you.

Sleep feels different.
Your cycle starts freelancing.
Your energy changes.
Your weight responds to rules it apparently invented overnight.

And somehow you’re supposed to know what’s normal, what deserves a closer look and what question you should even be asking.

Vanessa’s review got me because she said I helped her understand what she was going through as her body changed with age.

That’s exactly the point.

You should leave an appointment understanding your own body better than when you walked in.

Bring the questions. All of them.

Even the one you almost didn’t ask because you thought it sounded weird.
