In this 90-minute experience, you’ll be guided through a deeply nourishing restorative yoga practice designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite profound relaxation. Each posture is supported and held with care, allowing your body to fully let go.
To enhance the experience, warm heated stones will be gently placed on the body, offering soothing heat that melts tension, grounds the senses, and deepens the restorative benefits of each pose. This is an invitation to slow down, unwind, and fully receive—an evening of intentional self-care and tranquility.
This special offering is limited to 15 participants to ensure a spacious, personalized, and deeply relaxing experience for everyone. The practice is gentle, accessible, and suitable for all levels and bodies. Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early and bring cozy layers, such as a sweater and socks, to stay comfortable throughout the session.
