I’m invested in building connections and community.
I’ve been doing spiritual work since 2011. That’s when I got my first reiki attunement. That’s also when I started working with my mentor who brought me through my first past life regression. The first of many.
In 2015 I passed my NYS Boards exam and became a licensed massage therapist. I chose to become an LMT because I wanted to create a professionally grounded gateway into offering spiritual work.
In 2020 I started working with my shadow work coach. I was also introduced to Human Design and Rapid Transformational Hypnosis Therapy. Shadow work, HD and RTT changed my life forever in the best way.
In 2021 I opened my first solo massage practice, added Reiki and even started offering attunements. I’d become a reiki master in 2016 but hadn’t felt brave enough to start offering certifications until then.
In 2022 I closed that business and joined a team of other practitioners who still encouraged me to grow my spiritual practice alongside my massage practice.
For a short time in 2023 I co-owned and operated a spiritual classroom where I started offering classes in my other interests. Tarot, Astrology, Human Design, Reiki and more. We had other brilliant healers and experts on holistic health come and teach with us as well.
I’d always dreamed of bringing people together who were interested in the same things I was. I’ve always wanted to offer a space to build community around these fascinating tools and practices. All with the goal of improving our own lives.
Flash forward to now in 2026, I own Rise Renewed Wellness my dream wellness center and it’s thriving. I’m so lucky to be surrounded by incredibly talented, like minded individuals who are just as committed to helping others as I am.
This year has become the year I’ve really stepped into a chapter of my life that feels like a dream come true. And continuing to build community is a major part of that dream.
And so, I’ve brought classes and meetups back. There’s at least one event on the calendar every week in August at Rise and I cannot wait to share all that I’ve learned about Astrology, Human Design, Tarot and Reiki with my community.
I love hearing from people how much fun they’re having and how they’ve always wanted more friends who were interested in this stuff. Never knowing that a neighbor also felt the same way.
