Luna y Sol Cafe has arrived!

It's been an honor to be part of South Tucsons first specialty coffee shop! I met owners Selina & Abraham Barajas 3 years ago as they told me of their vision to bring their love or coffee and community to their home town.

This was a full cafe build out- starting with 4 grey walls and a dream! From there, we designed the cafe, picked out equipment, created a unique menu, established vendors, created S.O.PS, and conducted 2 full days of Barista training!

This led to an incredibly successful opening friends & family event! A bright future is ahead for Luna y Sol Cafe and I'm excited to see the success for years to come!
