💪 Looking for a new way to track your sliding bench workouts? 📱
Two brand-new, 3rd-party tracking apps just hit the iOS app store, and I’ve been testing them out. (Note: I’m not affiliated with either developer—just sharing what’s new for the community!)
Here is the breakdown:
🟦 SLED (wayofsled.com)
Perfect if you want zero guesswork. It alternates between 2 full-body workouts. You do 3x10 at your preferred level, and the app automatically adds a rep your next time through. Once you hit 20 reps, you bump up the incline level. Great for beginners, anyone coming back from a break, or if you like to keep things simple!
🟧 Glideboard App
A bit more full-featured for the data nerds! It actually uses your phone to count your reps automatically by placing your phone on the glideboard while you workout. You can build your own custom routines or choose from their pre-built library.
Both are reasonably priced on iOS right now, with Android versions hopefully coming soon.
