• Changes in your menstrual cycle
• When your mom, aunts or grandmother went through menopause
• Any new or changing symptoms

Here I’m treating Thomas’s shoulder and back after a combination of golfing and working out left those muscles feeling tight and overworked. I can adjust the placement and intensity based on the area we’re targeting and how his body responds.

Football season is officially here, and you know I’m cheering for my Eagles. 🦅🏈
