Another birthday has me reflecting on just how grateful I am.

As I get closer to 60, I'm realizing that life isn't measured by the years we've lived, but by the lives we've touched, the lessons we've learned, and the grace that carries us through every season.

This year is especially meaningful as I celebrate 20 years of teaching yoga and prepare to mark 5 years cancer-free. My heart is overflowing with gratitude—for every challenge, every blessing, and every one of you who has been part of this journey.
