✨ LOOKING FOR AN OFFICE ROOMMATE – UPTOWN PHOENIX ✨

I’m looking for the right professional to share my large, clean and fully equipped treatment room located in Uptown Phoenix near 12th St & Missouri Ave.

Perfect for a lash artist, esthetician, wax specialist, makeup artist, injector, brow artist, permanent makeup artist, or another licensed professional whose services would complement the space.

$600/month for Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
Days may be negotiable.
$400 deposit required.

✨ The space includes:
• Large private treatment room
• Electric lift table that adjusts to a seated/upright position
• Towel warmer
• Refrigerator
• Sink inside the suite
• Water & refreshments for you and your clients
• Empty cabinet for your supplies and personal items
• Clean, peaceful and professional atmosphere

You must be licensed and insured and have your own established clientele.

I’m looking for someone professional, reliable and respectful who wants a beautiful space to work from without the expense of maintaining an entire suite on their own.

📍 1130 E. Missouri Ave., Phoenix, AZ

Message me if you’re interested or know someone who would be a great fit. 🤍

The Left Shoulder

The left side of the body is often associated with the feminine, receiving, nurturing, and intuition.

When I work on the left shoulder with Myofascial Release, it’s common to find layers of restriction from stress, posture, overuse, or old injuries. As the fascia begins to soften, movement often improves and the body can finally start to let go.
And emotional releases can happen too.

Whether you carry physical tension, emotional stress, or both, your body has a story to tell.

Let me help you release what your body holds on to!

(This is considered a bit of an intense session in my opinion, not all sessions need this MFR work, but if ya need it, I got you! 😉)

Fun fact;
Today’s Full Moon is called the Strawberry Moon. Despite its name, it doesn’t usually appear pink or red. The name comes from Native American tribes, particularly the Algonquin, because it coincided with the strawberry harvest season. 🍓

Things I’m Looking Forward to When I Return to Massage in 3 more days!

• Slowing down and being more intentional.
• Less talking, more relaxing.
• Keeping politics and religion out of the treatment room. I’m here to help you relax…not debate.
• Receiving as much as I give. I value my work and won’t be offering discounts after June 30.
• A clean, peaceful space with a fantastic NEW landlord.
• A consistent schedule.
• A more regulated nervous system thanks to therapy and stronger boundaries.
• Leaving anemia behind…more energy and no more rough fingertips because of it.
• Getting back in the gym and lifting heavy. Beast mode is calling. 💪
• Continuing my cannabis sobriety with a clear mind and renewed focus.

This season has changed me in the best ways. I’m excited to return with a healthier body, a calmer mind, stronger boundaries, and an even deeper appreciation for the work I get to do.

See you soon ❤️

Healing isn’t always graceful.
Sometimes it looks like confusion, exhaustion, grief, anger, loneliness, or questioning everything you thought you knew.

Sometimes you miss people who hurt you.
Sometimes you outgrow versions of yourself that once kept you safe.
Healing is messy because becoming whole again requires feeling the things you spent years surviving through.

little by little…
you begin choosing and trusting yourself again.
And one day, without even realizing it, peace starts to feel more familiar than pain.

Schedule Update + Gift Certificate Reminder

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding my upcoming schedule.

My surgery has been scheduled for the first week of June, which means I’ll be continuing to work and see clients up until the end of May. If you’ve been meaning to get in, now is a great time to book your appointment before I step away for recovery, which has been recommended for 6 weeks.

If you have a gift certificate, I highly recommend redeeming it in the coming weeks. Availability will become more limited as June approaches, and I’d love to make sure you’re able to use it in a timely way. If you’re not able to get in before my surgery, you will be prioritized as I begin taking clients again.

As always, appointments are available by online booking only, and I encourage planning ahead since I tend to fill up quickly.

Thank you all for your continued support—I truly appreciate you.

See you on my table,
Liz
