Dr. Wilson is double board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) and Interventional Pain Management, bringing a compassionate, patient-centered approach focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Wilson spent six years as a Certified Athletic Trainer, shaping his passion for continuity of care and long-term functional improvement.

He completed his internship at the University of Arizona–Banner University Medical Center and went on to complete both residency and fellowship training at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York.

Dr. Wilson specializes in comprehensive pain management and functional restoration, developing individualized treatment plans that address the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Dr. Wilson is currently seeing patients in Tucson, Arizona.
