On June 13 at Mt. Ashland, I’ll be hosting a full-day mountain experience designed to help you come back into your body, quiet the mind and reconnect with the deeper guidance that often gets buried beneath everyday life.

Through yoga, Human Design, hypnosis, shamanic journeying, cacao and sound healing, this day is designed to support clarity, release, integration and a deeper connection to the path that feels true for you.
