Need some help with your range of motion and flexibility? I’m more than happy to help. I’ve been working on Jill a few weeks now and flexibility is very important to her. Today she asked to work through her shoulders because she has been trying some new classes and felt like her shoulders were angry. Here are some before, halfway and post session photos of her range of motion. Notice how you can’t see her ears in the first photo. At this point she had mentioned how tight her shoulders were and how difficult it felt to get her arms back. I worked on her right shoulder just so she could feel and more importantly, see the difference. The last photo is after our session where she is able to feel and see the difference in her range of motion. Contact me now and I am more than happy to help you through whatever ails you.

Had the pleasure of working with Devin today (Power in Motion). He wanted me to help with his ROM through his shoulders and then help with his forearms. After an hour session, you can see the huge difference in his ROM through his shoulders, the space between his biceps and ears are drastically less due to the increase in mobility.
