❤️ Lucy and Ethel had nothing on our residents!

Our I Love Lucy Chocolate Challenge brought sweet treats and plenty of laughs to Avista Stratford! With just 30 seconds on the clock, residents raced to wrap Chef Tracy’s homemade bonbons as they traveled down our moving conveyor belt. The hardest part? Resisting a taste! 😂🍬

Sheri even tucked a bonbon down her shirt—taking a page right out of Lucy’s playbook! 🤣

After all the wrapping, racing, and laughing came the sweetest reward—enjoying those delicious bonbons! Thank you, Chef Tracy, for helping us bring this classic TV moment to life. What a fun day together! ❤️

Usually I’m Cookie Monster, but this month I’m Candy Monster—and I need your help! 🎃

Our Avista residents are collecting candy to hand out to the kiddos at Trunk or Treat! Help us fill Candy Monster with sweet treats and make this Halloween extra special for our residents and visiting families. 🍭👻

🍻🥨 Oktoberfest 2026 was a hit at Avista Stratford! 🎶

The food, the laughter, the music, the games—and of course, the b**r! Chef Tracy treated us to delicious German food, including yummy bratwurst. We enjoyed craft b**r tastings, fun games, photo opportunities, and fabulous entertainment with Ria and Okke! 💃📸

What an afternoon to remember! Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a wonderful celebration. ❤️

🌸 Spreading Kindness at Avista Stratford! 🌸

Michaela from Suncrest Hospice brought so much joy to our residents today with beautiful flowers generously donated by Trader Joe’s! 💐

Our residents had a wonderful time creating their own gorgeous bouquets—and even more joy sharing them with others throughout our community, including our Memory Care residents. Just look at those beautiful smiles! 😊💕

Spreading kindness and making others feel loved is what we do here at Avista Stratford! 🌷✨

✨ What an incredible way to close out National Assisted Living Week! ✨

Traveling Treasures was an absolute hit! For three wonderful hours, our community was transformed into a beautiful boutique filled with clothing, jewelry, hats, trinkets, and so many special finds. Our residents truly had a blast shopping! 🛍️💍👒

Earlier in the week, residents raced around our huge community during the Amazing Avista Race—completing challenges, discovering all the nooks and crannies of the Stratford, and racing against the clock! 🏁

On Friday, we wrapped up the celebration by “Coloring Our World,” sharing hopes, dreams, creativity, and plenty of smiles. 🌈

It was truly an unforgettable week, and we can certainly see why Avista Shines at the Stratford! 💛✨

💕 What an amazing Health & Wellness Day at Avista Stratford!

We had a wonderful turnout filled with incredible vendors, generous sponsors, and fun, interactive experiences. Each vendor brought something special and took the time to connect with our residents, sharing genuine love, care, and personal attention.

Our residents felt truly celebrated, and that made the day incredibly meaningful. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped create such a memorable experience! We are so grateful for our amazing community partners! 💕✨

Adventure is waiting at Avista Stratford! We’re starting our day with movement and laughter before putting our residents’ decision-making skills to the test with “What Would You Do?”

Then the real excitement begins… 🏁

From 2:00–4:00 PM, our residents will take on THE AMAZING AVISTA RACE! Teams will follow clues, complete challenges and travel to eight amazing destinations throughout our community.

❤️✨ WEDNESDAY IS ALL ABOUT HEARTS THAT SHINE! ✨❤️

Tomorrow at Avista Stratford, we’re celebrating the people who make our community brighter with a full day of kindness, creativity, connection, and FUN!

We’ll start the morning with our Hearts That Shine Community Partner Experience, where residents and caregivers can visit interactive stations and enjoy hands-on experiences with some wonderful community partners. 💕

Then the fun continues with Two Hearts, One Canvas 🎨 as residents and caregivers create together, followed by The Great Avista Bake-Off: Cookies for a Cause! 🍪❤️ We’ll decorate special treats for our Memory Care neighbors before heading across the hall for our Random Acts of Kindness Factory — Memory Care Edition! 🌸

Because at Avista, we believe:
