Although Dr. Jen will no longer be practicing in Arizona, Dr. Todd Winton will continue caring for patients through telemedicine. He is still accepting new patients, though availability will eventually become limited. Online scheduling remains available at ActiveLifestyleClinic.janeapp.com.

As many of you know, Dr. Jen and Dr. Todd are moving to Idaho, and our final day of in‑person care will be May 15th. This transition is bittersweet — we are excited for this next chapter, but leaving this incredible community is truly hard.

Here’s how your care will continue seamlessly:
• Christine will remain in the clinic for all Physical Therapy needs.
• For Chiropractic care, Dr. Matthew Hooper (same clinic) and Dr. Scott Mettham (Suite 129) will continue providing excellent, patient‑focused adjustments.
• Dr. Todd will continue Telemedicine from Idaho, with his Balanced Membership staying at $26/month for four visits per year.
