Jeri L. Kramer, PsyD Grounded, deeply relational psychotherapy for adults navigating change, loss, relationships, and the deeper questions of being human.

Thoughtful, exploratory, and open to spirituality, meaning, mystery—and humor. Being a psychotherapist and mental health coach was not my first career. I came to it later in life after having experienced how much a good therapeutic relationship changed my life. I was in my mid-thirties when I made the decision to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology and I’m so grateful that I chose this path. In addition to the 20 plus years of training and practice I bring to my work, I also bring a wealth of my own life experiences. I have known many joys and triumphs in life, as well as many struggles and pains. I’ve experienced marriage and divorce and now live in a beautiful relationship with my husband of 16 years. I’ve raised children both as a biological parent and as a step-parent and know the struggles and rewards of building a blended family. I’ve weathered devastating loss and found joy and laughter in the aftermath. And, perhaps most importantly. I’ve learned to know that love. health and ease are always available to everyone of us, and knowing where to find it isn’t as hard as we might think.

I am now offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in the comfort of my office. KAP combines the healing and transformative properties of ketamine with the use of deeper psychotherapy to get to core feelings and rewire emotional memories, resulting in long-term improvement of a number of mental health conditions. For many who feel like they have tried everything, KAP often provides their first experience of real relief.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has been found to help with trauma, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, postpartum depression, suicidal ideation, disrupted sleep related to trauma, some eating disorders, and mild to moderate OCD, as well as personal and spiritual growth. It is a highly transformational and self-reflective process. While many clinics offer ketamine IV drips delivered in a sterile, medicalized environment with very little to no psychotherapeutic support, I am able to guide my clients in the use of ketamine in the comfort and safety of my office with the powerful addition of guided support and talk therapy.
