Just drank my Green Juice this morning. Remember, our food is our medicine. Thought I would supply the ingredients. Tastes good too! Now, we cannot say "It's takes too much time".... we all have the time now. Enjoy and be healthy.

Ingredients:
1 bunch curly organic kale roughly chopped 1 large lemon peeled and quartered 1 inch ginger peeled
.1 large cucumber cut into long strips 2 large organic granny smith apples cored & sliced 4 whole organic celery stalks

Wash and prep veggies, Juice in order listed. Drink immediately.

I worked with a client last week that said she has tried everything,.... physical therapy, accupuncture and massage and has not been able to be relieved from severe neck and shoulder pain. With manual work (myofascial release) and deep muscle therapy, she has been pain free for seven days!
