There are times in ones professional career that one must make a decision and I was confronted with that. It was never my intention to abandon my patients but I didn't have a choice or I would have arranged for alternate care. I am working on a seemless transition and apologize from the bottom of my heart for any inconvience this professional decision has caused you. I hope this decision will also

show all those patients who had confidence in me as a Physician but disliked the office arrangements to come back to me where ever I may end up.
