This past weekend, many of our members spent time in Colorado Springs learning, networking, and connecting with colleagues from across the district at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Trainers Association Annual Clinical Symposium.

Between educational sessions, professional development, and some friendly co****le and rock-paper-scissors competition, it was a weekend full of growth, collaboration, and fun. Safe travels home to all who attended!

We hope to see everyone in Albuquerque New Mexico next year for ACS!

Lindsey and Alicia were able to go to the Capitol yesterday and get our official Proclamation from Gov Hobbs; proclaiming March as Athletic Training Month! They also were able to meet with Rep. Liguori from LD5 to introduce themselves and talk about the profession.

Make sure you stay tuned— GAC is going to be working on a Capitol visit day for ATs this legislative session so ATs can meet and engage with their legislators!
