Yesterday made it all feel real. ✨

Our members got their first look inside our new Elevate home — walking the space, imagining what’s to come, and leaving a little piece of themselves behind by writing intentions on the walls before the paint goes up. 🤍

Soon these words will be hidden, but they’ll always be part of the foundation of this space.

New walls. New energy. Same incredible community. 🌿

We can’t wait to practice here with you. 🫶

Okay, wellness people… we made you a room. 👀

Our new home will include a beautiful private treatment space designed to flex with the people using it, and we’re officially taking applications for practitioners who want to make it part of their practice.

Think massage. Reiki. Sound healing. Nutrition or wellness coaching. Beauty services. Or something we haven’t thought of yet.

The space will be shared, including with our already-amazing Tracy of Better Fit Therapy, so this isn’t an exclusive office lease. Instead, approved practitioners will have access to our booking system and the autonomy to reserve the room when they need it, based on availability.

See clients. Hold sessions. Build your practice. Then pack up your setup and leave the space ready for whoever’s next.

Basically: your practice gets a beautiful home base without needing a whole home. We love an efficient queen. 😌

We’re taking applications NOW.

Rock, paper, scissors… but the stakes are somehow your entire social life.

Text your ex?
Go to work?
Re-download the dating apps?
Attend a networking event and explain where you see yourself in five years???

Respectfully, we’ll be in the air.

Aerial yoga for when you need to reset.
Aerial silks for when you’d rather develop a new skill than a new personality disorder. 😌

Your turn: which option on this carousel are you avoiding at all costs?

Send this to the friend who should probably choose aerial too.

Apparently, “works at a yoga studio” is not a complete personality. 😂

Outside the studio, the humans of Elevate are out there doing approximately 47 other things with their lives.

And then they come here to teach, spot, cheer you on, untangle hammocks, make you laugh, and occasionally say “one more time” when everyone knows that was a lie.

Meet some of the people behind Elevate. 🤍

Part 1, because this is only part of the crew and apparently we collect multi-hyphenates around here.

Which one surprised you most? 👀

09/18/2026

We have officially crossed the 50% complete mark at AVE Phoenix Terra | Luxury Apartments + Furnished Apartments. 👀

And suddenly this whole “new studio” thing is feeling VERY real.
✅ Inspections complete
✅ Electrical complete
✅ HVAC complete
✅ Plumbing complete

Next up: the walls are getting closed and, starting TODAY, the aerial rigging structure is going in. 😭🙌

Which means we are officially entering the stage where it starts looking less like construction-zone chic and more like the future home of Elevate.

There’s still plenty to do, but seeing the space take shape has us equal parts excited, impatient, and wandering around saying, “WAIT, THIS IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING.”

More progress updates coming because obviously we’re bringing you along for this. 🤍

Who’s ready to see this place with hammocks hanging from the ceiling?! Leave your comments below on what YOU are excited about!

The softest possible ending to a very big weekend. 🤍✨

Golden hour, our 10-year balloons still glowing, and a room full of people settling in while Ashley Nicole led us through a beautiful sound bath.

After all the celebrating, movement, laughter, memories, and commUNITY, this felt like the perfect way to close out our anniversary weekend — a little quieter, a little slower, and very Elevate. 🌿

10 years rooted. Still rising.

Ten years. One incredible commUNITY. A whole lot of memories. 🤍

Saturday was everything we hoped it would be — familiar faces, new faces, hugs, laughter, movement, mimosas, mini-classes, giveaways, stories, and so many reminders of why Elevate has always been about so much more than yoga.

To every student, instructor, team member, friend, partner, vendor, and human who has been part of this journey in any way: thank you. You are the reason we get to celebrate 10 years.

We’re so grateful for where we’ve been, so proud of what we’ve built together, and SO excited for what’s ahead.

10 years rooted. And we’re still rising. 🌿✨
