Estoy por cumplir 56 y también he notado cambios en mi cuello y en la definición de mi rostro.

Por eso hoy te comparto lo que hago yo: ejercicios de postura para cuello y espalda cada mañana, masajes suaves y más atención a cómo miro el teléfono para evitar mantener la cabeza hacia abajo.

También incluyo Sculptra dos veces al año en mi plan personal y, más recientemente, XERF para trabajar la firmeza.

Mi cuidado combina hábitos diarios y tratamientos elegidos para mí. No busco borrar mi edad; quiero sentirme bien con la forma en que voy cambiando. 🤍

También has notado que tu mandíbula ya no se ve tan definida como antes?

En mi camino a los 56, quiero hablar de los cambios que muchas vemos en el espejo, pero pocas entendemos.

No siempre es grasa. La piel, el volumen y el soporte del rostro cambian con los años. Por eso, antes de elegir un tratamiento, hay que entender qué está causando esa pérdida de definición.
