Waxing or Laser Hair Removal? The answer might surprise you.

One of the most common questions we hear at CNT Medspa is:

"Which one is better?"

The truth is...

It depends on your hair.

Laser Hair Removal works by targeting melanin (pigment) in the hair. In general, it tends to be most effective on darker hair, because there is more pigment for the laser to target.

If your hair is blonde, red, gray, white, or very fine, laser may be less effective, and professional waxing may be the better choice for ongoing hair removal.

That's why we never recommend the same treatment for everyone.

• Skin type (Fitzpatrick Scale)
• Your goals

Then we create a treatment plan that fits you.
