A personal chef is a trained individual who comes to your home and prepares meals tailored to your specific needs and desires. I plan your menus, shop for your groceries, cook the meals, label them with detailed heating instructions and place them in your refrigerator or freezer. I also clean up the kitchen. When you come home, you are greeted by the wonderful aromas, a clean kitchen, and a refrigerator and/or freezer filled with delicious meals! I can also do small dinner parties with guest interactions. Enjoy time with your guests without worrying about the food!

My Dad is here and I LOVE being able to prepare a nutritious-delicious-colorful meal for him! My parents are two of my favorite people to cook for. Tonight we have Miso-Ginger Shrimp Stir Fry over Carrot Noodles, Black Sesame Seeds.

Saw a recipe for Tonga de Pollo, but only had one chipotle hanging out in the fridge. Revamped the concept with Thai flavors...
Shredded chicken simmered with onions in a Thai red curry-coconut-peanut-ginger sauce, turmeric-cumin roasted broccoli over spaghetti squash, basil, cilantro.

The Asian flavor profile is my favorite! So why not stir fry two ways?
Beef-onion-ginger-garlic, Korean chicken-eggplant-broccoli, black rice, spicy pickled cucumber.
Then because the fall days are here, Gluten free apple crisp made with ground walnuts, oats, lemons, all those yummy fall spices!
