Today I celebrated my graduation from the Fuerza Local Small Business Accelerator, and my heart is full of gratitude.

Over the last six months, I have had the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with an incredible community of entrepreneurs. This has been the biggest event and milestone for Loving Hands Healing Hands since I started my business in 2021.

This program gave me so much more than business knowledge. It strengthened my vision as a business owner, allowed me to build meaningful relationships, and helped me reconnect with an important part of who I am, my roots, my culture, and my Spanish language. That has been one of the greatest gifts of this journey.

To my classmates, mentors, instructors, and everyone who has supported me along the way, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am honored to have been part of such an incredible program, and I look forward to continuing to support this amazing community as we all grow together.

Here’s to new beginnings, continued learning, and helping others heal through the work I love. 💜

Durante los últimos seis meses tuve la oportunidad de aprender, crecer y conectar con una comunidad increíble de emprendedores. Este ha sido el evento y logro más importante para Loving Hands Healing Hands desde que inicié mi negocio en 2021.

Este programa me brindó mucho más que conocimientos sobre negocios. Fortaleció mi visión como empresaria, me permitió crear relaciones significativas y me ayudó a reconectar con una parte muy importante de quién soy: mis raíces, mi cultura y mi idioma. Today’s session was a powerful reminder that grief isn’t something to rush or “complete”… it’s something to move through, gently and at your own pace. 🤍

I held space for someone very close to me who is carrying layers of grief that no one should have to hold alone. We intentionally created a session focused on what she’s ready to release… and what she hopes to move forward with. As we moved through the hypnotherapy portion, it became clear that her subconscious wasn’t fully ready to step into certain imagery. Not because she can’t heal… but because part of her is still seeking safety within the process.

And that awareness matters. ✨

After the session, we sat together and talked through what came up… what felt heavy, what felt blocked, and where she found herself emotionally. I followed up with Reiki and aromatherapy, supporting her energy, especially around clarity and the third eye, helping her feel a bit more grounded and centered. 🌿💜

We both understood that this is not a one-session journey. We agreed to continue, to gently revisit, and to allow her healing to unfold in a way that feels safe and supported.

Grief is not “one and done.”
It’s sitting in it… walking through it… sometimes pausing in it… and still choosing, little by little, to move forward. 🌅
