Arizona Chapter National Safety Council Educating and motivating people to lead safer and healthier lives. Arizona Chapter National Safety Council (ACNSC) was originally founded in 1949.

It is a locally controlled Arizona not-for-profit Corporation [501(C) 3]. Our mission is to arouse an maintain the interest of the people of the State of Arizona in accident prevention and health enhancement. In the late 1970’s, ACNSC developed the first defensive driving point reduction program in Arizona setting the standard for ticket dismissal programs. Among other successful driving programs,

ACNSC also provides a variety of advanced safety courses to provide certification for those who share the same passion to better the lives of others. These courses include First Aid, CPR, & AED instructor and student courses, Defensive Driving student courses, and various Workplace Safety-related courses. Other advanced safety courses include certifications in Pediatric CPR, Basic Life Support (Healthcare), Forklift/Lift Truck Operator, Professional Truck Driver (PTD), Principles of Occupational Safety and Health (POSH), Safety Management Techniques (SMT), and Safety Training Methods (STM) to name a few. The first Alive at 25 class of the summer is just two weeks away! Alive at 25 is our four-hour driver safety course for teens and young adults ages 15 to 24. It focuses on the real-world choices that lead to crashes, including distracted driving, speeding, peer pressure, impaired driving, and risky decision-making behind the wheel.

Saturday, June 20
8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
ACNSC training facility in West Phoenix
$25 (regularly $75)!

Our Alive at 25 class helps teens and young adults ages 15 to 24 recognize risky driving behaviors before a crash happens. The four-hour course focuses on distracted driving, speeding, peer pressure, impaired driving, and split-second decision-making through real-life scenarios and hands-on activities.

We're offering two upcoming classes in West Phoenix:
• Saturday, June 20
• Saturday, July 18
• 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The course is available for a reduced rate of $25, regularly $75.
