Separation anxiety is not just something children experience. Adults can feel it too, in relationships, family changes, friendships, major life transitions, grief, or moments when distance feels like rejection or abandonment.

This week on Hypno Life, Dr. William Deihl and Dr. Jennifer Couldry explore Episode 20: Separation Anxiety and how attachment patterns, past experiences, and nervous system responses can make separation feel unsafe.

We’ll talk about how hypnotherapy, sound therapy, and nervous system regulation may help calm the fear, build emotional security, and create a greater sense of safety from within.

Listen to Hypno Life Radio Show live Saturdays at 11 AM on 1100 KFNX, The Pulse of Arizona.

Trauma does not always end when the danger is over. It can continue affecting the brain, nervous system, sleep, emotions, relationships, and chronic pain long after the original event.

In this new blog inspired by Hypno Life Episode 18, Dr. William Deihl of Doc Hypnosis, Dr. Jennifer Couldry of Soul Echo Therapy, and special guest Bob Faith, RN explore how trauma can live in the body, why the nervous system may remain stuck in survival mode, and what healing can look like for Veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, and others living with ongoing stress responses.

Trauma is not just what happened in the past. It is how the brain and body learned to survive—and sometimes, the body keeps bracing long after the danger is gone.

In Episode 18 of Hypno Life: Train Your Mind. Change Your Life., we explore how trauma can continue affecting the nervous system, sleep, emotions, relationships, physical health, and the body’s ability to feel safe long after the original event has ended.

A special thank-you to our guest, Bob Faith, a Vietnam Veteran who served as a medic in the U.S. Army, a registered nurse with experience in critical care, a hypnotherapist, professional hypnotist, and performer known as “America’s Hottest Hypnotist.”

Bob brings a powerful combination of military service, medical experience, hypnosis, and firsthand understanding to this important conversation about trauma, survival, and healing.

Past Life Regression: What Your Soul May Remember

Some patterns feel older than the life you are living now.

In this episode of Hypno Life: Train Your Mind. Change Your Life, Dr. William Deihl of Doc Hypnosis and Dr. Jennifer Couldry of Soul Echo Therapy explore past life regression, hypnosis, subconscious memory, and the deeper patterns that may influence fears, relationships, emotions, and personal transformation.

They discuss why some people experience unexplained fears, strong emotional connections to certain places or time periods, repeating relationship patterns, déjà vu, spiritual curiosity, emotional blocks, or inner stories that seem to come from somewhere deeper than conscious memory.

This episode also explores how past life regression hypnotherapy and guided hypnosis may help people access symbolic, spiritual, or subconscious experiences that can bring insight, meaning, emotional release, and a deeper understanding of the patterns shaping their life today.

Whether you see past life regression as spiritual exploration, soul memory, subconscious storytelling, metaphor, or a guided hypnosis experience, it can be powerful, personal, and deeply revealing.

If you have ever wondered, “Why do I feel connected to something I cannot explain?” or “Why does this fear, relationship pattern, or emotional block keep showing up?” this episode is for you.

AI can be powerful, but it is not neutral.

When AI is trained on human behavior, internet content, and online conflict, it can reflect the same bias, fear, division, and harmful thinking that already exists in society. That becomes even more concerning when people turn to AI during vulnerable moments, especially teens, children, or anyone struggling emotionally.

The question is not whether we should use AI. The real question is how we use it safely.

Healthy guardrails matter. Human support still matters. And when mental health is involved, AI should be a tool, not a replacement for connection, care, and professional support.
