When I was younger, I could imagine my 20s. Eventually, I could imagine my 30s and 40s.

But I never really imagined what life beyond that would look like.

And maybe thatā€™s the beautiful part.

Thereā€™s no picture in my head that I have to live up to. No version of this chapter that was already written for me.

I get to write it as I go.

To keep becoming.
To stay curious.
To change my mind.
To want new things.
To peacefully design a life as expansive as my imagination allows.

Iā€™m finding thereā€™s something incredibly freeing about reaching a chapter you never imagined.

You get to decide what happens next.

Thorne is being acquired by Procter & Gamble in a $3.8 billion deal ā€” and if you use Thorne supplements, itā€™s worth paying attention.

This doesnā€™t automatically mean the quality will change, but Iā€™ll be watching closely for changes in formulation, ingredient sourcing, testing standards, pricing, and distribution.

Iā€™ll also be researching high-quality alternatives to the Thorne products I use most often so I can continue making recommendations I feel confident in.
