It’s 2am and your brain didn’t get the memo that it’s time to sleep.
You’ve tried deep breaths. Counting sheep. Staring at the ceiling negotiating with your own thoughts.
What if you just pressed play instead?
These hypnosis MP3s were built over decades of clinical practice designed to guide your nervous system out of that spiral and into actual rest.
Not meditation. Not white noise. Guided hypnotherapy — in your headphones, tonight.

It’s not just ‘being clingy.’

Co-dependency is a deeply ingrained pattern — usually developed in childhood — where your sense of worth becomes tied to taking care of others, managing their emotions, or earning love through constant giving.

Signs it might apply to you:
→ You feel responsible for other people’s feelings
→ Saying no feels physically uncomfortable
→ Your mood depends heavily on how the people around you are doing
→ You’re always the caretaker

This isn’t a flaw. It’s a learned response — and it can change.

It’s not bad luck. It’s not “just how relationships are.” It’s not because you’re too much or not enough.
It’s a pattern.
At some point, your subconscious built a blueprint of what you deserve. Maybe it came from childhood. Maybe from a relationship that taught you to shrink. Maybe from years of being told your needs were “too much.”
And now that blueprint runs quietly in the background filtering every relationship, every opportunity, every decision.
You don’t settle because you’re weak. You settle because somewhere inside, a part of you believes that’s all you’re worth.
The first step isn’t changing what you accept. It’s changing what you believe about yourself.
Hypnotherapy works directly with that blueprint — the one your conscious mind can’t always reach.
What would change if you truly believed you deserved more?

“I’m just being honest.”
How many times have you heard that right after someone said something that cut deep?
There’s a difference between honesty and cruelty. Truth delivered without care isn’t brave. It’s not “tough love.” It’s someone choosing to be right over choosing to be kind.
Real wisdom knows that HOW you say something matters just as much as WHAT you say.
You can be direct and still be gentle. You can set boundaries and still be compassionate. You can tell the truth and still protect someone’s dignity.
If someone consistently makes you feel small and calls it “honesty” — that’s not a relationship. That’s control.
And if you’re the one who tends to “tell it like it is” — pause. Ask yourself: am I saying this to help them, or to release something in me?
Empathy isn’t weakness. It’s what turns information into connection.

You can’t pour from an empty cup. But somehow you keep trying.
You show up for everyone your family, your job, your friends. You hold space, you listen, you fix, you carry.
But when was the last time someone held space for you? When was the last time YOU held space for you?
Sleep. Patience. Kindness with yourself. These aren’t luxuries. They’re the foundation.
Hypnotherapy isn’t just about fixing what’s broken. It’s about filling your cup back up so you can keep showing up as the person you want to be.
You deserve the same care you give everyone else.

Things people get WRONG about hypnosis:

“You’ll cluck like a chicken” No. That’s stage entertainment. Clinical hypnosis is therapy.

“Only weak-minded people can be hypnotized” Actually, creative and intelligent minds respond BEST.

“You’ll reveal your secrets” You’re fully in control. Always.

“It doesn’t really work” Research published in top journals says otherwise.

Save this for someone who’s skeptical!

Depression lies to you. It tells you nothing will ever change. But your subconscious knows a different story.

When you’re in that dark place, it feels permanent. But your brain has incredible plasticity. It CAN form new pathways.

Hypnotherapy gently guides your subconscious toward hope, motivation, and emotional balance without forcing anything.

It’s not about “thinking positive.” It’s about rewiring what happens beneath the thoughts.

Your mind deserves the same care you give your body.

This week we explored how anxiety gets wired into your nervous system, why public speaking fear isn’t about willpower, and how hypnotherapy supports depression recovery.

If any of this resonated, that’s your subconscious telling you it’s ready for change.

All MP3 sessions by Jef Gazley, M.S., LMFT. Listen from anywhere, anytime.

Try this 60 second anxiety reset RIGHT NOW:

1. Close your eyes
2. Inhale for 4 counts
3. Hold for 4 counts
4. Exhale for 6 counts
5. Repeat 3 times

Feel that? That tiny shift? That’s your nervous system downregulating.

Now imagine going DEEPER that’s what our hypnotherapy MP3s do.

Save this for when you need it most.

“But what actually IS hypnotherapy?”

Let’s clear the air:

It’s NOT mind control. You don’t lose consciousness. It’s NOT a magic trick.

It IS deep focused relaxation. You remain aware and in control. It works WITH your subconscious to rewrite old patterns.

Think of it like this: your mind is a computer. Anxiety, fear, and depression are programs running in the background. Hypnotherapy helps you update the software.

Clinical research supports its effectiveness for anxiety, phobias, depression, and more.
