THE ONE THING you need to learn to fix your hip pain.
It’s NOT stretching.

You HAVE to learn how to properly load your hip.
WTF does that mean?!
It means you have to learn how to put your hip into a position where your glutes just naturally fire, not a forced contraction.
An example of a forced contraction is squeezing your b***y cheeks together as hard as you can. That ain’t it.
This is a perfect example of loading the hip, getting back into that hip, so it will be able to load without over thinking it.
