• East Valley: MedLink Health Solutions
• West Valley: House of Zen (Surprise, AZ)
💼 Position Type: Independent Contractor (IC)
💰 Compensation: 60/40 split (Therapist keeps 100% of tips)

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate, reliable, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexibility, support, and the ability to build their own clientele.
Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality therapeutic massage therapy services (deep tissue, relaxation, etc.)
• Customize each session based on client needs
• Offer and perform add-on services (cupping, hot stones, muscle scraping, etc.)
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and client documentation
• Uphold professionalism, cleanliness, and client confidentiality
• Support a positive, relaxing environment for clients
Schedule Availability (Flexible scheduling options available depending on availability)
• House of Zen (West Valley):
Thursday | 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• MedLink Health Solutions (East Valley):
Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

✔ All supplies included (linens, oils, hot packs, cups, tools, etc.)
✔ Marketing is fully covered (social media, promotions, client outreach)

Compensation Details
• 60/40 split per service
• Therapist keeps 100% of tips
• Bi-weekly payouts
Requirements
• Active Arizona Massage Therapy License
• Professional liability insurance ($1M per occurrence)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
• Willingness to bring in at least 4 new clients per month
