Reflux or colic? 🤔 They can look similar, but they’re not the same, and knowing the difference can help you better support your little one.

At our office, we see this question all the time. 💛
Reflux is typically related to feeding and spitting up, while colic is more about prolonged, unexplained crying in an otherwise healthy baby.

The good news? Both are common, and we’re here to help guide you through it.
