If your hip isn't creating enough stability and control, your knee often pays the price.

We love the kickstand RDL because it helps improve hip strength, balance and control so your body can absorb force more efficiently while running.

If you need help getting back to running, work, or the activities you love without pain, DM us or visit our website to book an appointment with our team in Ahwatukee. We accept select insurance plans, workers' comp, and HSA/FSA.
