Seeking immediate Back Office Referral Coordinator for busy medical Podiatry practice (zero direct patient contact).

Full-time position (Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm & Fridays 8:30am-2:00pm —— no weekends).

Pay: $17-$19 per hr., DOE.

Duties include, but not limited to:

* patient intake
* cleaning/stocking exam rooms
* sterilization of instruments
* appointment scheduling
* appointment confirming
* answering high volume phones
* insurance verifications
* handling high volume referrals

Requirements:

* 2 years similar experience preferred
* Spanish speaking (preferred, not required)
* EMR experience (we use Practice Fusion)
* Computer proficient
*ZERO DIRECT PATIENT CONTACT

Full-time position (Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm & Fridays 8:30am-2:00pm —— no weekends).

Duties include, but not limited to:

* patient intake
* cleaning and stocking exam rooms
* assist the Doctor with procedures
* bandage patients after procedures
* toenail trimming
* injection prep
* filling out forms for procedures (for Insurance and charting purposes)
* patient intake
* sterilization of instruments
* patient x-rays
* scheduling
* answering high volume phones
* insurance verification
* handling high volume referrals

Requirements:

* Graduated from a Medical Assistant program, Diploma or Certification of completion
* 2 years experience preferred
* Spanish speaking (preferred, but not required)
* EMR experience (we use Practice Fusion)
* Computer proficient
* Wound care or Podiatry experience is a plus
* x-ray certificate a plus, but not required
