How do you explain the feeling of watching your kids grow up after IVF?

You prayed for these moments but you spend so much time in the little years exhausted, busy, and just trying to keep up. Then one day you look at them and realize those tiny versions of them are already gone.

I worked so hard to become their mom, and somehow I still wasn’t prepared for how fast I’d have to watch them grow. 🥹❤️

I wish I could keep every version of them.

There was a time when becoming a mom again was the thing I wanted more than anything.

Now I have five kids calling my name, needing snacks, making messes, and making this house louder than I ever imagined. 😂❤️

Some days are exhausting, but I never forget how hard I once hoped for this life, and hope I am a better mom because of it.

Getting to be their mom will never feel ordinary to me.

I did IVF three times. The needles I could handle. It was everything around them that caught me off guard:

• The monitoring appointments.
Reading the tech’s face for any clue.

• The not knowing.
Wondering if anything was growing, with no way to speed it up.

• The borrowed calendar.
Life reorganizing around dates you did not choose.

So when I say I get it, I do not mean it as a line. I have been in that exact chair.

So many new friends! 👋🏽I realizedhave never actually introduced myself to Facebook.

I’m Hannah, i’m an NP and former IVF patient. I went through IVF in 2017, and that experience paired with working as a P*P with so many patients unable to get answers about fertility made me want to help support my other ttc sisters.

In one of the hardest time of your life I wanted to make sure patients were well taken care of and had someone to trust on their side.

I saw a big gap for people trying to conceive who didn’t know where to start:P*P, OB/GYN, fertility clinic? People told they didn’t have PMOS/PCOS because they didn’t have cysts (what?!) and people who weren’t ovulating trying month after month with no success and heartbreak.

And let’s not even touch on financial cost of work ups and fertility care and insurance 🤮, I wanted to help people get an appropriate initial workup, understand their options, and know when it’s time to call in the big dogs and get them connected to the best providers with the best bedside manner.

For those already going through IUI or IVF, I work alongside your fertility clinic as an extra layer of support. Fertility appointments can move quickly they might be short, there’s SO much information to process, and sometimes you think of 10 more questions after you leave.I help with education, medications/injections, understanding your treatment plan, preparing questions for your clinic, and navigating communication throughout the process.

It brings me joy to help people build their families patients or not. I’ve been the IVF patient with a million questions too.

I’m always happy to help, so feel free to DM me anytime.

Sending ALL the baby dust your way. ✨🤍

There’s something about watching the person who stood beside you through the waiting, appointments, disappointments, becomes a dad. 🥹

We spent so much time hoping for these days, now I try to rememeber to live in the moment and cherish them.
Now I get to watch him be their dad, and sometimes I still can’t believe we made it here.

I don’t think it will ever get old. ❤️

Thinking about having a baby someday? These are conversations worth having before you start trying.

1. Learn your cycle.
Knowing your usual pattern now can make changes easier to recognize later.

2. Talk about your health history with your family.
Your medical, reproductive, and family history can help guide what may be worth addressing before pregnancy.

3. Review your medications and supplements.
Have your provider review what you’re taking before conception rather than waiting for a positive test.

4. Ask about preconception care.
You don’t have to be struggling with infertility to talk with a provider about preparing for pregnancy.

5. Know when to ask for more information.
You are allowed to ask questions about your fertility before something feels wrong, get proactive!

Having information earlier gives you more time to understand your options and make a plan that fits you.

Before you take the next big step, it may be worth having someone look at the full picture.

Not because IVF is wrong.

Not because your clinic missed something on purpose.

But because sometimes the plan moves fast and nobody has paused to ask:

Has insulin resistance been reviewed?
Has thyroid function been looked at closely?
Has partner testing been done?
Are there lifestyle or medication conversations that should happen before spending thousands?

I am not promising a specific outcome.

I am not saying one lab review changes everything.

But I am saying this: labs can be normal and still not tell the full story.

And if you are about to make a major fertility decision, you deserve to understand what has actually been reviewed and what might still be worth asking about.

I work alongside your clinic, not instead of it.

I spent so much time wondering if I would ever get to experience this again.

Then there I was, watching my belly grow and realizing there was actually a little person in there. 🥹❤️

After secondary infertility and IVF, moments like this never felt ordinary to me. I remember how badly I wanted them.

Nine years later, I still haven’t forgotten the version of me who was waiting.
