Our doctors, nurses, and medical personnel are brave heroes working 24/7 on the front lines in this Covid battle. Combat stress reaction and its longer term cousin, PTSD are common effects encountered by these front line workers. As a thank you to their dedicated service, I am pleased to offer psychotherapy sessions for a reduced fee for them.

Covid-19 has required many of us to make changes both personally and professionally. My practice is available virtually for online psychotherapy sessions in order to accommodate the changes made in our lives.

I have learned that switching to do online sessions require a flexibility to adapt to changes for both my part and the patients' parts. It is adapting to changes that allow us to survive and thrive in our ever-changing world.

Online therapy is different. But that doesn't mean it's bad.
