Here’s to the start of week 2 of 75 hard. This week included the norm of my W-2, leading group therapy and doing intakes and treatment plans, workouts and tracking macros, teaching yoga, and daily board games with Brandon.
Exciting things from this week: a date night and double date night, crawling closer to a big investment we’ve been working on, AND A SOFT LAUNCH OF MIND OVER MERCH!

Weekly lesson- The Compound Effect is a key for long term success across multiple areas of life. The Compound Effect is that small consistent action over a long period of time has greater pay offs than intensely large but short changes.

I think the craziest part of life and growing up is you can create all of these ideas and scenarios in your head about where you should be & what your life should look like. In the end it's not about your plan it's about Gods. Never would I have pictured myself living outside of Oklahoma City on a lake with the love of my life, but here I am! Learning to embrace change, learning to live in the present, and learning to always make the best of what life throws my way 💁
