Take a moment to breath and reset. This is an original soundbath created by me. Instruments: Tibetan Singing bowls, crystal tuning forks and metal tuning forks.

I've been busy with both businesses. But I need to practice what I preach EXERCISE. This is one of the most underrated yet most powerful forms of medicine. Movement is important, it helps clear brain fog, boosts dopamine and serotonin, helps circulation and digestion. you don't have to be a gym rat to recieve the benefits. A 20 minute walk or bike ride daily can be life changing.

Men's mental health matters. Many men struggle with stress, anxiety, burnout, irritability, poor sleep, low motivation, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. When these challenges persist, it may be time to look beyond symptom management and explore a more holistic approach. Ayurveda offers a framework for understanding the deeper patterns that influence mental and emotional well-being. In Ayurvedic psychology, the mind is shaped by three fundamental qualities—Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas—which help explain why we may feel clear and balanced one day, and overwhelmed or stuck the next.

Sattva represents clarity, balance, wisdom, and emotional resilience. Rajas and Tamas are natural and necessary qualities of the mind, but when excessive, they can contribute to mental and emotional imbalance.

Rajas (Activity, Movement, and Stimulation)
● In Balance: Motivation, ambition, enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to take action.
● In Excess: Anxiety, restlessness, irritability, anger, impulsivity, overthinking, difficulty relaxing, and a constantly busy mind.

Tamas (Stability, Rest, and Inertia)
● In Balance: Groundedness, patience, deep sleep, endurance, and emotional steadiness.
● In Excess: Brain fog, lethargy, apathy, depression, withdrawal, resistance to change, and a feeling of being stuck.

Sattva (Clarity, Harmony, and Balance)
● In Balance: Mental clarity, inner peace, compassion, contentment, discernment, and emotional stability.
● When Cultivated: Greater resilience, healthier relationships, improved focus, and a deeper sense of well-being.

The Ayurvedic Perspective:
● The goal of Ayurveda is not to eliminate Rajas or Tamas, but to keep them in healthy proportion while cultivating Sattva. Mental well-being arises when the mind is clear, balanced, and able to use the motivating energy of Rajas and the stabilizing energy of Tamas in service of a sattvic state of awareness.

Horse Gram Porridge—a healing, high protein and high fiber breakfast.

✨ Horse Gram – warming legume traditionally used for metabolic and renal support
✨ Gokshura – supports urinary health & hormones
✨ Cardamom – soothes digestion & balances Kapha
✨ Pasanabheda – supports urinary health and is known in traditional Ayurvedic texts for its ability to help break down stones (Ashmari), however clinical evidence is limited
✨ Punarnava – reduces inflammation & supports detox
✨ Ghee – nourishes tissues & boosts absorption
✨ Dates – sweet energy + iron boost 💪

This warm, sattvic bowl is grounding, cleansing, deeply rejuvenating and high in protein (about 15 grams)

👨‍🍳 Recipe: soak 2 tablespoon of horse gram in water overnight. In the morning drain the water and add fresh water (3/4 cup). Add 1/2 teaspoon of gokshura, pasanabheda, purnarnava and 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom 2 or 3 dates and boil for 20 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of Ghee & 1 pinch of salt to taste. Optional: blend it for a smooth texture.
