**Sunday wellness doesn’t have to be a full reset.**

Sometimes it’s just a few small choices that help your nervous system feel safer heading into the week.

Here are 10 simple Sunday wellness tips that actually feel doable:

1) **Choose a “soft start” (10 minutes)** — tea, stretch, short walk, no phone
2) **Reset one small space** — clear one surface (counter, nightstand, desk)
3) **Move gently** — aim for “better after,” not “hard”
4) **Nourish early** — protein + fiber to steady energy and mood
5) **Get sunlight + look far away** — even 5–10 minutes helps ☀️☀️☀️
6) **Do a quick check-in** — *What am I noticing in my body right now?*
7) **Plan the week in 3 lines** — 1 must-do, 1 nice-to-do, 1 thing to protect
😎 **Do one favor for Monday** — clothes out, lunch prepped, first email drafted
9) **Reduce the scroll spiral** — choose one intentional read/watch instead 🤓
10) **Create a Sunday close** — dim lights, screen off, consistent bedtime

After a vehicle accident or scary driving incident, it’s common to feel “off” for a while—even if you’re physically okay.

You might notice:
- Anxiety when driving (or riding as a passenger)
- Feeling jumpy at intersections or when cars get too close
- Intrusive memories or “flash” moments
- Trouble sleeping, irritability, or feeling on edge
