🎉 Celebrating 16 Years of Dedicated Service – Wendy Jordan, ADON! 🎉

Today, we are proud to recognize Wendy Jordan, Assistant Director of Nursing, on her incredible 16-year work anniversary!

Wendy began her journey with us as an MDS Nurse and, through her dedication, knowledge, and commitment to our residents and staff, moved into her current role as Assistant Director of Nursing.

For 16 years, Wendy has been a dependable and valued member of our team. She does a wonderful job supporting our nursing department, helping our staff, and making sure our residents receive the quality care they deserve. Her experience and willingness to step in wherever she is needed are truly appreciated.

Wendy, thank you for 16 years of loyalty, hard work, and dedication to Picayune Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. We are very fortunate to have you as part of our team and appreciate everything you do each and every day!

🦈 Shark Week was a splash here at Picayune! 🌊

Our residents had a fin-tastic time celebrating Shark Week with a fun, shark-themed dance that got everyone moving! Activities like these are a great way to encourage upper body strength, coordination, and mobility while sharing plenty of smiles and laughter.

Chef’s Corner was a delicious success! 👨‍🍳🦀

One of our talented residents, a former chef, shared his famous crab dip recipe during our Chef’s Corner Cooking Class, and it was a hit! Residents gathered to enjoy great food, great company, and a fun afternoon filled with smiles and conversation.

Thank you to our resident chef for sharing your culinary talents with us. We can’t wait to see what’s on the menu next!
