This is 72 hours. While this is the first tooth abscess I have dealt with. I have seen in others that it takes about a week for their swelling and infection to be gone. This onset started Thursday evening which I thought was just a tooth ache from sugary foods and drinks. Friday evening he was given Tylenol. Saturday he had a Magnawave session before going to the emergency room to get antibiotics. Sunday morning was followed up with another session. And here we are now, it’s gone. Just a cavity at this point.
