When a patient tells me their neck pain is traveling into their shoulder, arm, or hand, I know the problem may be more than tight muscles.

Numbness, tingling, or radiating pain can sometimes involve pressure around the cervical discs or nerves. Cervical spinal decompression uses gentle, controlled traction to create space in the neck and help relieve that pressure.
