✨ NEW CLASS COMING SOON by THE NATURE COTTAGE ✨

FLOW (Fitness & Mobility Class)

If your body feels stiff, off-balance, or just not as comfortable as it used to… this class was built for you.

Flow is a gentle, low-intensity movement class designed to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body—without pressure, strain, or intimidation.

This is not a high-impact workout.
This is not weightlifting.
This is not about pushing harder.

This is about restoring how your body is meant to move.

Each one-hour class blends:
• Simple, supportive stretching
• Qigong and tai chi–inspired flowing movement
• Light rhythmic movement set to music
• Balance and stability work to help you feel steadier on your feet
• Gentle techniques that support lymphatic flow and circulation
• Breath-led movement to help calm and reset the nervous system

Everything is adaptable.
You can sit, stand, or use a chair for support at any time.
No experience needed. No “fitness level” required.

You’ll leave feeling looser, steadier, calmer—and more at home in your body.

This class is open to everyone, but is especially supportive for:
• Women 45+
• Anyone with limited mobility or balance concerns
• Those recovering from inactivity, stress, or past injury(with medical release)
• Anyone who wants movement that feels energizing

Massage Appointments Still Available in Piedmont

Just a little reminder: while I'm working hard to get The Nature Cottage settled into its new home and preparing exciting new classes and wellness offerings, I am still accepting massage appointments at my current Piedmont location.

Massage services will even continue in Piedmont until the new location has completed its inspection and receives approval from the state health department. Once that final step is complete, I'll be able to also move the massage services to the new location.

If you've been meaning to schedule a session, now is a great time to book!

Every time I am out at the Patterson location working on the building, I have people asking what I will have/do and when I will be open! This looks like it is going to be a busy location!! And I am excited to finally have so much more room!
As we move forward and get closer to opening in the new location, I am looking for local artisans who would be interested in joining me! If you or someone you know would be a good fit, contact me to discuss the possibilities!

Option 1: Consignment Only
25% commission
No rent

Option 2: Monthly Shelf/Space Rental - no commission
Founding Vendor Rental Rate:
Single Shelf: $20/Month
Half Unit: $40/month
Full Unit: $80/month
for the first six months.

*December 1st, regular rental rates will take effect at:
Single Shelf - $35/month
Half Display Unit - $60/month (Approximately half of a bookcase or display unit)
Full Display Unit - $100/month (Full bookcase, cabinet, or equivalent display area)

Products must be approved and fit the Nature Cottage brand and mission.
Vendors will be required to maintain attractive displays and inventory must be restocked regularly.
The Nature Cottage will handle all sales through its register and provide a sales report/payout every two weeks.

Next macrame class will be June 16th. We will have a patriotic project just in time to decorate for 4th of July!
No experience necessary and all materials will be supplied.

Little update on my progress in the new location. Not only have I been painting walls, but I disassembled and repurposed the materials from a couple of counters left by previous tenants. I’m getting closer!
