In TCM, our health and vitality are rooted in something called the Three Treasures: Jing, Qi, and Shen. Together, they represent the foundation of who we are physically, energetically, and emotionally.

✨ Jing is your foundation. Qi is your energy. Shen is your spirit.

The Three Treasures are deeply connected. Jing provides the foundation for Qi, Qi supports and nourishes Shen, and a healthy Shen reflects the overall harmony of the body.

JING (Essence)
Think of Jing as your body’s deepest reserve. It’s associated with growth, development, reproduction, aging, and our overall constitution. Some Jing is inherited from our parents, while the rest is supported throughout life by nourishment, rest, and how we care for ourselves.

QI (Energy)
Qi is the functional energy that keeps everything moving and working. It helps us breathe, digest food, circulate blood, move our bodies, stay warm, and defend ourselves from illness. In TCM, many symptoms can be understood through how well Qi is being produced, circulated, and conserved.

SHEN (Spirit)
Shen encompasses our mind, consciousness, emotions, and spirit. When Shen is well nourished, we tend to feel mentally clear, emotionally grounded, present, and able to sleep peacefully. When it’s disturbed, we may experience things like restlessness, anxiety, insomnia, or mental fog.

Acupuncture needles are much smaller than most people imagine. The needles used in modern acupuncture are solid (not hollow like injection needles) and are typically 0.16–0.30 mm in diameter.

Facts:
💇🏼‍♀️An acupuncture needle is usually only 2–4 times the width of a hair.
💉 Medical injection needles are 2–4 times thicker than a typical acupuncture needle.
🪡 A sewing needle is 4–6 times thicker than a typical acupuncture needle.

Tiny tools, huge impact.

Infertility can feel isolating, overwhelming, and all consuming. If you're on the journey to grow your family, know that you don't have to walk it alone.

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to support reproductive health by improving blood flow, regulating menstrual cycles, reducing stress, and promoting hormonal balance. Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or undergoing fertility treatments like IUI or IVF, acupuncture can be a gentle and effective way to support your body along the way.

Your body isn't broken. Sometimes, it just needs a little support.

No matter where you are in your fertility journey, you deserve compassionate care and hope.
