☀️ Whew, it’s a warm one this week! 🔥

​Just a friendly reminder to stay safe and beat the heat. Dehydration can sneak up on you fast, so take a second to look after yourself:
​💧 Drink up: Chug some water before you actually feel thirsty.
​🔋 Replenish: Grab some electrolytes if you’re sweating a lot.
​🌳 Cool down: Take breaks in the shade or AC, and skip the heavy outdoor workouts for now.
​🐾 Check your crew: Make sure your friends, family, and pets are hydrating too.
