😂💃 We promise… the staff has not completely lost it! 🕺🎶

Sometimes the best part of our job is forgetting about being “professional” for a few minutes and just being SILLY. 😂❤️

Dancing, laughing, cutting up, and probably showing off a few moves that should’ve stayed at home 🤣 — all because seeing our residents laugh and join in is worth every bit of embarrassment!

Around here, caring for our residents means more than medications, meals, and daily routines. It means laughing together, being ridiculous together, and making ordinary days a whole lot more fun. ❤️

The music was up, the maracas were shaking, the drums were banging, the tambourines were jingling, and giant balls were flying across the room like we had absolutely no home training. 😂⚽🎶

Our residents were kicking, dancing, laughing and cheering while our staff jumped right in with them — and at some point, we completely lost track of who was supposed to be entertaining WHO. 🤣❤️

There may have been some questionable dance moves.

There was definitely some competitive ball kicking.

And we’re pretty sure a few staff members got more cardio than they bargained for. 😂💃

But LOOK at those smiles! 🥰

This is what we love about our community. Our residents aren’t sitting on the sidelines watching life happen — they’re right in the middle of it, and our staff is right there being silly with them. ❤️

At Piggott Healthcare, we take caring for our residents very seriously…

Ourselves? Not so much. 😂❤️

Our residents AND staff were absolutely having a blast — shaking maracas, banging drums, dancing, kicking balls back and forth, laughing, cheering each other on, and just enjoying being together.

These are the moments we love most. ❤️ Not everything has to be perfect, or serious. Sometimes you just need some good music, a room full of people you love, and permission to act a little silly!

Because this isn’t just about keeping our residents active. It’s about living, laughing, connecting, and making sure there’s still plenty of FUN in every day. 🥰

❤️ This is our community. This is our crew. And we wouldn’t trade these moments for anything!

🏡 Another Successful Journey Home! 💙

We’re excited to celebrate Danny’s rehabilitation success at Piggott Healthcare & Senior Living!

Danny came to us on May 19th needing significant assistance, with an overall functional outcome score of 1.6. After working hard alongside our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams, he improved to a 5.9 at discharge—with tremendous gains in areas like mobility, transfers, and daily activities.

After 100 days of rehabilitation, Danny successfully discharged HOME on August 26th! 🎉🏡

Some rehab journeys are short, and some take a little more time. What matters is continuing to work toward the goal—and Danny did just that. We are incredibly proud of his determination and progress!

Thank you to our nursing team, therapy team, and Reliant Rehabilitation for working together to help Danny reach this milestone. 💙

100 days. Remarkable progress. One very important destination: HOME. 🏡

In just 14 days of rehabilitation, Kelly improved her overall functional outcome score from 2.4 at admission to an incredible 8.9 at discharge! Through skilled Physical and Occupational Therapy, hard work, determination, and a coordinated team approach, she made significant gains in mobility and everyday activities.

NOW HIRING: EVENING NURSE SUPERVISOR – RN Preferred

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

We are looking for a dependable, experienced Nurse to join our leadership team as an Evening Nurse Supervisor in our Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and supervise Charge Nurses and CNAs
• Oversee and ensure quality resident care
• Perform care plan reviews and chart/documentation audits
• Complete resident assessments and provide hands-on nursing care as needed
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Provide education and guidance to residents, families, and nursing staff
• Assist with clinical concerns, changes in condition, and staff support
• Help ensure compliance with facility policies, standards of care, and regulatory requirements

Leadership Expectations:
This is a supervisory nursing position and requires flexibility and a team-focused approach. Some on-call responsibility is required. The Evening Nurse Supervisor may also be required to provide direct nursing coverage when necessary if other coverage cannot be secured.

We’re looking for a nurse who is confident in their clinical skills, willing to lead from the floor, and ready to support a team while helping us provide excellent care to our residents.
