Each month, members receive:

• OptiLIFT (Radio Frequency + DMSt) – The radio frequency gently heats the meibomian glands in your eyelids to help liquefy the oils (meibum) and improve gland function. DMSt (Deep Muscle Stimulation) works similarly to a TENS unit for the eyes by stimulating the orbicularis muscle, helping tighten the eyelids, improve blink strength, and promote better eyelid closure.

• Low Level Light Therapy (LLLT) – LLLT helps reduce inflammation, improve cellular function, and further warm the meibomian glands to restore healthier oil production.

• Lid Expression – After these treatments, I manually express all of your meibomian glands (up to 100 glands total) to remove stagnant oil and help them begin producing healthier, better-quality oils.

Together, these treatments help create a healthier tear film by improving the quality of the oil layer that keeps your tears from evaporating too quickly. Patients often notice their eyes feel better, look brighter, and even see more clearly because they have a more stable tear film.

The goal of Bright Eyes is to keep your glands functioning at their best through consistent maintenance so you can enjoy healthier, more comfortable eyes year-round!

during a lid expression, dr. nicki hill carefully expresses the meibomian glands along the eyelids to remove thick, stagnant oils that can contribute to dry eye symptoms.

when these glands aren’t working properly, tears evaporate too quickly—often leading to burning, irritation, grittiness, watery eyes, or blurry vision.

healthy glands help support a healthier tear film, and healthier eyes.
