Our thoughts are powerful but they aren’t always true. The inner critic may tell you that you’re not enough, that you’re alone, or that tomorrow won’t be better. Those thoughts can feel convincing, but they don’t define who you are.

This Thoughtful Thursday, challenge the narrative. Instead of believing every negative thought, pause and ask yourself: “Is this a fact, or is this fear speaking?” Replacing self-criticism with self-compassion is a powerful step toward healing.

Be gentle with yourself today. Your story is still being written. 🤍
