PAMA panel was a success! The important conversation around wellbeing and prioritization of mental health happened here. The audience was so invested and equally as passionate about making this happen. Thank you to Performing Arts Medicine Association (PAMA) for bringing us in to address a long standing need within the industry. Thank you again to Association of Mental Health Coordinators for doing the work of training mental health coordinators who are ready to help! As was repeated by many presenters- let’s be strategic and proactive instead of reactive. Btw, I also had the best panel mates!

Finally got to the Tribeca Film Festival! The universe conspired for me to attend the sold out premiere of Lucy Schulman directed and starring Thank you to my friend .louise.roos, who was the AD on the film and passed down a ticket to me. I also had the pleasure of being seat buddies with the films 2nd AD ! The movie was so funny and sweet. Great job Thanks again Em!

Spent time in Brooklyn to attend rehearsal for Whippoorwill Calls ( fantastic and talented group!) Took time to take a long mental health mindful walk. Sometimes a message is just outside or right in front of you. The signs I saw: Brightside Triumph Restoration in Progress All are welcome here I encourage you to what is accessible to you. Take the slow walk, look out a window, look around the space you are in, listen to sounds around you, touch things. Notice. Even the small things.
Reach out to a friend or loved one.

Spent time in Brooklyn recently to attend rehearsal for Whippoorwill Calls. Took time for a long mental health mindful walk. Sometimes a message you need is just outside. The signs I saw: Brightside, Triumph, Restoration in Progress, All are welcome here. I encourage you to talk the slow walk, look out a window, look around whatever space you may be in. Notice the signs and notice the beauty. Even the small things. Call a friend or loved one. Support one another
